Job Description

Note: This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week at one of the following office locations: St, Petersburg, FL; Memphis, TN; or Southfield, MI.

Job Summary:

As part of the Identity Access Management - Operations team, this Analyst role is critical to assist with the managing and monitoring of logical access to business applications, including creating role-based access control processes, enhancing access attestations, and building a formal separation of duties program. Applies specialized domain knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Makes judgements and recommendations based on analysis and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Provision access requests and Entitlement management for over 15,000 Users.

  • Creation and management of Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) utilizing SailPoint Identity IQ, and proprietary company developed software.

  • Performs data collection and analysis in support of risk analyst project activities.

  • Develops spreadsheets and reports which summarize risk exposure.

  • Identifies reviews, assesses, and documents risk management and control issues in assigned business processes.

  • Collaborates with various business units across the firm to develop controls and strategies which address risk.

  • Prepares risk mitigation plans for strengthening the effectiveness of controls in assigned business processes.

  • Supports the development and execution of key operational risk management activities, including, loss event analysis and reporting, operational control analysis, separation of duties review, logical access roles development, data privacy analysis, business continuity activities, and/or business process engineering.

  • Creates requirements and translates business needs for a technical audience.

  • May lead small to medium sized projects or participate on project teams.

  • Benchmarks industry best practices and maintains currency in risk management processes and procedures.

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills/Previous Experience:

  • Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in auditing or risk assessment experience is highly preferred.

  • Experience within a highly regulated environment like Financial Services is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of the following:

  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) knowledge in products such as SailPoint IIQ or similar.

  • User Access Certification Process (Attestation).

  • Mining, defining, and creating roles for Role Based Access Control.

  • Experience creating Separation of Duty (SoD) policies.

  • Life Cycle Management and provisioning using IAM-based software.

  • Advanced Excel experience (Pivot tables, macros knowledge, vlookups)

  • SQL experience and an understanding of database design principles preferred.

  • RPA experience and experience with AI (Copilot or ChatGPT)

  • May work a non-standard shift including nights and/or weekends and/or have on-call responsibilities.

Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor’s: Information Technology, High School (HS) (Required)
