Agribank Fcb Senior IT Auditor (onsite/hybrid) in St. Paul, Minnesota

Position Overview As a key member of the Audit team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world. The Senior IT Auditor performs information technology and operations audits of AgriBank in order to identify and recommend controls. Tests systems and internal processes and controls for risk mitigation and compliance with regulations, policies and standards. Job Functions* IT and Operations Audits Conducts client interviews to identify and evaluate risk in IT areas and provides recommendations in the annual audit plan Prepares detailed audit plans based on audit priorities Conducts audits to expertly evaluate risks and controls, maintaining audit documentation to comply with standards; gathers and analyzes complex data and draws logical conclusions Communicates audit results to management, including recommendations to improve risk management practices Determines if client action plans are acceptable Projects and Consulting Services Performs IT risk assessment to develop annual audit plan Conducts annual fraud risk assessment focused on opportunities for, and controls around, fraud Performs follow-up on management actions to remediate observations Participates in system implementation projects to provide advice on IT risks and controls Provides other IT controls consulting as assigned Develops and maintains systems and utilities that support auditors Department Support Provides input on scheduling audits to complete the audit plan Provides support to operations auditors to complete the operations audits in the annual audit plan Reviews and provides feedback to the VP Internal Audit on department materials to be presented to AgriBank management or the AgriBank audit committee. Gathers internal audit department information for FCA examiners or external auditor. Attends meetings with FCA examiners or the external auditor to discuss IT audits. * This job description is subject to change without notice. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in information systems/technology or a related field 4 - 6 years of experience in information systems/technology audits Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or related certification preferred Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job Knowledge Advanced knowledge of financial institution IT processes Advanced knowledge of IT operations, technical analysis, project management and system development lifecycle, IT security, business continuity/disaster recovery, third-party relationships and contracts, and IT controls Intermediate of information technology frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ITIL, etc.) Skills Advanced proficiency in querying data sets Advanced proficiency in office software Microsoft Office Suite Advanced proficiency with audit management software (e.g., Pentana Audit) Advanced proficiency with data query tools and relational databases Responsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the Bank's systems and data Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times AgriBank will not sponsor a work visa (e.g. H1B, etc.) to fill this position.
