Ecolab Inc Senior Financial Analyst - Pest Corporate Accounts in St. Paul, Minnesota

The Senior Financial Analyst position within Pest Corporate Accounts Finance provides critical support and partnership with the Specialty Pest Services (SPS) Sales team to help drive growth while protecting and enhancing profitability. This role is directly responsible for financial analysis of the Industrial segment of business aligned to SPS. This role will work directly with CAF Leadership as well as Corporate SPS Leadership to gain, grow, and retain business in the Pest Division's corporate accounts. What You Will Do: Provide direct support to the Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the financial management and administration of the SPS business. This will include monitoring contract profitability and working with the BDMs to implement changes to program terms, pricing, and programs to increase/optimize contract profitability. Responsible for accurate financial projections on all customer proposals and renewals, including routing of proposals for management approvals when required. Analyze customer deals to identify and implement gross margin improvement initiatives. Partners with their assigned sales teams to review monthly dashboards for key trends and progress towards incentive objectives. Serve as a liaison between sales team and cross-divisional and cross-functional contacts to best support customer needs. Maintain, track, and distribute all global Pest requests for global information. Build, maintain, and grow current reporting for all of Pest CAF needs within Power BI and excel. Partner and assist during budget process in terms of reporting building and/or budget setting.
