Robert Half Project Coordinator in St. Paul, Minnesota

Description Position Summary: We are a dynamic and growing organization based in St. Paul, MN, committed to delivering high-quality services and innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful execution of a variety of projects across departments. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role supports Project Managers and teams by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task lists Track project progress and update status reports regularly Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports Monitor project risks and issues, and help develop contingency plans Support budget tracking, invoicing, and procurement processes as needed Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementation Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field preferred Experience in project coordination, project management support, or administrative roles preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Trello) preferred Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting project needs PMP or CAPM certification a plus, but not required TalentMatch®
