My customer is currently seeking a Mobile Software Engineer to help supplement a number of its ongoing and new development efforts in the Mobile space.

This is an excellent, coveted organization with a positive/amiable leadership team. With good performance, this role will convert to FTE.

They are seeking a solid, collaborative and creative developer.

• Work on the inception phase of projects, including collecting requirements, suggesting methodologies and technologies, and release planning.

• Active researcher, keeping up with the latest trends in software development.

• Influence and strengthen the development culture of the team.

• Inspire, mentor, and encourage globally dispersed developers to apply industry's best practices.

• Design, implement, and support our mobile solutions and applications.

You need to have:

• 1-5 years of mobile or web browser-based development experience.

• 1-5 years of JavaScript and/or JavaScript frameworks such as React Native, React, AngularJS.

• Experience with developing mobile or web-based UI.

• Web Development – CSS, HTML, XML/XSLT

• Android and iOS store release tenure

• Object Oriented Methodologies – OOA, OOD, OOP, Design Patterns.

The ideal candidate would have one or more of the following:

• Mobile provisioning and development for iOS and Android.

• User Interface Design – User centered design, GUI & web page design, prototyping, usability testing.

• Experience working with cross functional teams as well as globally dispersed teams a plus.

• Good problem-solving skills

• Experience building highly reliable applications, requiring minimal support and maintenance.

• Experience consuming RESTful API

• Experience with typescript or any other typed programming languages

• Knowledge of JavaScript ecosystem tools, such as webpack, npm, etc.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with VM and build tools (Cocoapods, Gradle, Babel, XCode, Android Studio)

• Experience using build and deployment tools (GitLab, Jenkins)

• Must be a team player – strong developer – deep Javascript, full SDLC, Unit Testing/Dev testing of swr they write

• Agile within Waterfall

• Will do requirement analysis, dev and testing – end-to-end SDLC work
