Job Description:

The Data Solutions Engineer IV leads the design, development, and implementation of technical data solutions to ensure the integrity and optimization of data across Patterson’s enterprise. This role will oversee and guide the design and execution of data solutions that empower business partners to manage and maintain their data. Additionally, the Data Solutions Engineer IV will oversee complex, large-scale technology projects that require data conversion, integration, and quality across various technologies and environments.

Major Duties:

  • Lead the design and management of end-to-end master data flows, ensuring seamless integration between Informatica, SAP, legacy systems, and third-party applications. Drive best practices for data architecture, system integration, and data governance.

  • Spearhead the design and implementation of UI customizations, data quality controls, and data profiling rules within the Informatica C360/P360 solution, ensuring data consistency and alignment with business requirements.

  • Lead data quality management efforts, overseeing the development of robust data quality checks and data conversion programs to ensure seamless and accurate data transitions across environments using tools such as Right Data, SQL, Power Apps and Evolve Automate

  • Define and develop scalable solutions that enable the business to create, manage, and transform data, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

  • Drive platform integration strategies and manage data validation and transport processes across systems to ensure a consistent, accurate data set across enterprise platforms.

  • Overall responsibility for tools like Evolve Automate to support business teams in automating their data updates/requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • At least 7 years of data integration experience

  • At least 2 years of experience with Informatica application development and Master Data Management (MDM) applications, driving end-to-end solutions

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex data solutions and integrations across a range of enterprise technologies and platforms

  • In-depth understanding of data quality, data profiling, and data governance best practices

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with a history of mentoring and leading technical teams to successful outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience with API integrations and managing integrations across platforms.

  • Experience with Evolve Automate development, particularly in relation to SAP and MDM processes.

  • Strong background in SAP Master Data, including BAPI and ECC systems, with an ability to integrate and manage large-scale SAP environments.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.

$120,200.00 - $150,300.00
