Information Specific to this Position: Strategically sources goods and services. Identifies and implements industry best practices and participates in Division programs, plans, and projects. Leads and manages buying and contracting projects including large scale commercial construction. Provides guidance, training, mentoring and direction to other staff members. Serves as liaison between the Procurement Division and internal and external customers. Resolves complaints from users, vendors, and the public.
