Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our recruiting team in identifying and hiring top talent. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient recruitment process for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with posting job openings on Firm’s careers page, job boards, and social media platforms.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews including phone, video, and in-person interviews.

  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates through clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Solicit feedback on candidates from interviewees

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

  • Manage pre-employment processes including background checks, reference checks, and preparing offer letters.

  • Handle onboarding for contract attorney projects, including corresponding with vendors, running conflicts, background checks, and ensuring other project details are in place.

  • Support onboarding processes and coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and performance.

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment in recruitment strategy and process improvements.

  • Other duties may be assigned to fully meet the requirement of the position.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience, preferred

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a talent acquisition or administrative support role, preferably in HR

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and duties and communicate status or need for assistance.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high pressure environment

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
