Job Description Summary
The Senior Project Manager – Small Works requires experience with program process implementation to oversee and manage small works projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program process, project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met
• Prepare and coordinate project status and budget at all project phases
• Assist in the selection and contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project.
• Review bids, change orders and other invoices associated with the project; advise and counsel the internal and external clients
• May supervise and manage the performance, development, work quality, reporting, and activities of Project Managers, Procurement and Finance
• Upload all necessary documentation and reports to the client team
• Support internal team to achieve SLA and KPI agreements
• Train, develop, motivate and manage project managers necessary to meet established goals; review and appraise their work performance
• Implement government laws and regulations and adheres to established rulings of government authorities
•Contribute to the refinement of best practices and standards of excellence for the overall service line and to Cushman & Wakefield.
•Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk (fee, our reputation, errors and omissions, etc.).

• A strong working knowledge of program reporting, budgeting, scheduling and processes as they relate to corporate real estate, design and construction.
• Software skills: Microsoft Office applications, MS Project
