Position Summary:

  • Pay is $15-17/hr. *

In the Stock Associate position, you will be an integral part of the store team. Your main role will be to maintain an organized stock area, communicate with the store and operations team, as well as shipping/receiving merchandise. You will also be on the selling floor working with customers.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be fully knowledgeable of EILEEN FISHER apparels, fabrics, brand messages, stories, values, strategic objectives and company purpose.

• Knowledge of how to ring up sales and provide excellent customer service to support the sales floor when needed.

• Assist store team with day-to-day store operations including – being on the sale floor when needed, ringing up sales and wardrobing customers.

• Perform all stockroom duties, which will include processing incoming and outgoing shipments, replenishing sales floor and maintaining an orderly stockroom.

• Communicate with leaders daily.

• Ability to prioritize.

PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.

Required SkillsRequired Experience

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Retail experience or service industry background required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proficiency in technology, such as: Microsoft, Excel, iPads and any additional technology specific to EILEEN FISHER

• Outstanding organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and have strong time management skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at floor level.

• Ability to climb short/tall ladders, twist, bend and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and hooks.
