Responsibilities
The Rental Billing team within Enterprise Mobility's IT Division has an opportunity for an IT Senior Manager to join the team! The Rental Billing department is responsible for the maintenance and management of the billing, commissions and invoicing software for customers who rent globally from Enterprise Mobility, including the software which transforms rentals from our Franchise Partners into Enterprise. This also includes maintaining and managing interfaces with internal applications to deliver electronic data to external organizations and customers. Solutions include RBGUI, Bill Delivery, Commissions, Franchise Rental Billing, and Invoice Services. As part of the Rental Billing team, the IT Senior Manager will lead teams focused on Quality Assurance testing, Test Automation implementation throughout our solutions, and leading our application development team that supports Bill Delivery, Commissions, and Franchise Partners. In this role, you’ll lead dynamic, cross-functional project teams using Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for defining the goals, objectives, processes, and resources to support the overall strategic vision of the area. You will also work closely with senior leadership to assess resource needs for long-term goals and implement policies and procedures that support team efficiency and expertise. In addition, you will be responsible for people management activities including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance, salary reviews, and annual Gallup Survey Employee Opinion results - in this role you will be responsible for developing and retaining strong performers and preparing them for future responsibilities. You will collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT leaders across EHI, and external teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions that meet business objectives and industry mandates. You will initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships across IT and Corporate areas.
The Senior Manager will participate in standard off-hours leadership on-call rotations, serving as an escalation point for production issues. They will also participate in off-hour monthly releases on a rotation.

Qualifications
Required:
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii)
Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
8+ years of relevant IT experience
4+ years of experience successfully leading, coaching, and developing technical team members
1+ years of experience successfully leading, coaching, and developing people leaders/managers
Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate team members to maximize their potential, deliver high quality deliverables and take pride in their work
Proven transformational leadership capabilities with the ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships across business and IT teams
Self-starter, with proven success executing complex projects and programs that span multiple applications and areas
Experience managing projects and situations in a matrixed resource environment
Proven ability to identify, develop, communicate, and implement standards and procedures that support department objectives
Must have strong, persuasive and polished communication skills, with the ability to effectively present concepts
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Experience leading a team in QA testing or test automation is preferred
Experience leading teams through change preferred
Experience leading a team in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment including using tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred
