POSITION SUMMARY:

As an IT Business Systems Consultant- Demand & Supply planning, you’ll lead the effort in diagnosing and resolving complex business process and application issues. We’ll count on you to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users and take a lead role in providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements in supply chain operational planning capabilities.

  • Subject matter expert in Production Scheduling with knowledge of Demand and Supply Planning

  • Work closely with the corporate planning and plant schedulers to identify and lead coordination Demand and Supply Planning efforts across SAP Advanced Planner Optimizer (APO) and connected systems, including project scope definition, testing and validation across all functional streams

  • Research and resolve Demand and Supply Planning issues and requests for multiple functional areas

  • Respond to users and team member questions, analyze data, research and troubleshoot to resolve issues and identify root cause

  • Coordinate changes and approvals for globally shared master data with other Nestlé markets

  • Lead business initiatives through in-depth analysis, using problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Lead support of system issues and implementations performing gap analysis and user acceptance testing for cross-stream initiatives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • 7+ years of experience supporting a Supply Chain or IT function

  • 3+ years of experience in detailed scheduling in a continuous flow operation

  • 3+ years of experience working with and having functional knowledge of SAP APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization)

The approximate pay range for this position is $95,000.00 to $150,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
