Duties:
- Receives, compiles and processes information.
- Updates records in the Offender Management System (OMS) with provided court information.
- Accurately prepares required records and reports as related to Master Control.
- Accepts bond monies and completes necessary paperwork.
- Assists the public with the Kiosk money system regarding inmate accounts.
- Prepares necessary paperwork and debit card transactions for the process of inmate releases.
- Assists the public in person by completing appropriate requested forms and also by telephone.
- Maintains confidentiality of information, reports and files of the department.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years general clerical experience.
