Primary Job Duties

Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Data entry, evaluation, and auditing

  • Researching and proposing solutions for data management and other processes

  • Managing employment verification, including unemployment claims for the company

  • Assisting HR with investigations, fact finding, and research as assigned

  • Participating in SkyWest recruitment efforts including, but not limited to, managing SWAG inventory, order and shipping, participating in event coordination and collaborating recruiting event details with other departments

  • Participating in SkyWest Culture efforts including, but not limited to, collaborating SkyWest event details with other departments, administrative duties with SkyWest recognition and employee programs

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for an individual who is excited about working for SkyWest Airlines, is ready to take on new challenges, and has the following traits -

  • Highly self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision

  • Able to adjust priorities quickly based on operational needs

  • A basic knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Should enjoy working with a wide range of individuals and have great interpersonal skills

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time

  • This is not a Department of Transportation Safety Sensitive position.
