Robert Half Help Desk Analyst III in St Charles, Illinois
Description
The ideal candidate for the position should have a track record in customer support roles, particularly as a help desk technician, with familiarity in ConnectWise Manage and Automate or similar tools. Proficiency in Windows Server roles, Office 365 administration, and Microsoft Office products is required. Additionally, expertise in network hardware, VOIP and PBX configuration, and project management processes is valued. Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new applications and processes. Experience with remote computer support, documentation writing, Windows-based security, and mobile device management solutions is advantageous.
