Job Description
Machine Adjuster
Responsibilities
Perform machine set-ups and change overs of materials and stamp plates.
Troubleshoot minor issues and make adjustments as needed.
Operate machines as required and interpret job orders.
Apply ink and adhesives to the machines as needed.
Assist with packing and shipping as needed.
Log accurate paperwork.
Maintain a clean work area.
Essential Skills
Attention to detail.
Ability to stand, bend, and crouch for the majority of the shift.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Follow all safety procedures and policies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CNC, facilities maintenance, farm hand duties, maintenance technician roles, machine operation, troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, hand tool usage, and repair.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $22.00/hr.
