Town & Country Pools Inc Maintenance Assistant in Springfield, Virginia

The ideal candidate would be very mechanically inclined; punctual; detail oriented; have a work till its done mentality; can tolerate the slowdown of winter months and enjoy the outdoors. Team players are a must and realize that you are a Town and Country employee first and duties could change depending on the weather and time of year. Opportunity for upward mobility in the company. Work week is typically M-F some Saturdays might be required during peak season. Company paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Life (15,000), ADandD, STD, and Section 125. Starts 1st of the month following hiring date. Full Time Only After 6 months will get one week of PTO. Full Time Only Salary Range $15 to $20 per hour plus overtime EEOC employer.
