ManTech GEOINT Strategic Planner in Springfield, Virginia
ManTech seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented GEOINT Business Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA
Advises and assists with Agency- and Key Component (KC)-level strategic planning, governance, and business analysis, develops process improvement recommendations and facilitates quality improvement efforts; translates operational requirements and mission needs into technical terminology and specifications; coordinates internal and/or external governance; provides assessment and recommendations of governance topics; and develop, coordinate and manage metrics and performance measures that reflect the efficiency and effectiveness of the Information Technology operations.
Duties shall include, but are not limited to:
Lead, manage, and support the Government lead’s Governance Division
Develop, evolve, maintain, and implement Governance business process improvements
Coordinate internal and/or external governance
Develop, track, and recommend governance topics
Develop, coordinate and manage metrics and performance measures that reflect the efficiency and effectiveness of CIO-T Governance
Writing reports, updating SharePoint sites, and documenting outcomes, as required, for governance forums
Maintain official records management files for Governance documentation
Participate in information and decision desk-side briefings, issue update meetings, discussions, pre-briefs, and debriefings
Required Skills and Experience:
11+ years of experience with HR, program management, process improvement, business, or analytical experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with corporate governance issues
Experience with MS Office and SharePoint
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within the Intel community
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active/current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly
Physical Requirements:
Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly position self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.
Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
