Job Duties:• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern programminglanguages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and NextJS.• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and web services to support scalable and secureapplication architectures.• Debug and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices forcode quality and maintainability.• Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making for system design and feature implementation.• Monitor and enforce application security standards, including vulnerability assessmentsand patch management.• Write and maintain technical documentation for software systems, APIs, and features.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client meetings to discusstechnical solutions and project progress.• Assist users with troubleshooting software applications, system access, and general IT-related issues.• Provide first-level technical support to clients and internal users.• Perform database administration tasks, including optimization and backup management.• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and relevant industry standards.• Configure and maintain development and production environments to support continuousdelivery and deployment processes.Technical Skills:• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services development• Knowledge of database management and optimization• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)• Expertise in automated testing and CI/CD practices• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirementsSupport Skills:• Experience in technical support and help desk operations• Ability to troubleshoot software and system issues• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking conceptsProfessional Skills:• Strong client communication and consultation abilities• Experience in Agile development methodologies• Ability to document technical solutions and maintain knowledge bases• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills• Fluency in written and spoken English
