Adecco US, Inc. Assistant Distribution Branch Manager in Springfield, Missouri

We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Branch Manager for our distribution center in Springfield, MO . In this role, you will be leading the inventory controls and warehouse teams at the branch. As a leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and mentor others so that everyone is valued and contributes to the success of the branch.

M-F: 8:00-5:00 PM

$60,000-$70,000 annually, based on experience.

Education/Requirements:

  • You will need an associate degree with at least 4 years of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing branch operations, including distribution, warehouse, and delivery functions, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Staff Management: Support the Branch Manager in managing, training, and developing staff to enhance team performance. Provide guidance and support for team members to foster a positive work environment.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met, including inventory control, on-time deliveries, and customer service standards.

  • Customer Service: Assist in addressing customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with the sales team to support customer needs and resolve any complaints.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
