Western Mass News is located in Springfield, MA and has the ABC (WGGB), CBS (WSHM) and FOX (EGGB) affiliates. Our three major networks and digital platforms speak daily to over half of Western Mass and the area businesses. We have Western Mass\'s most live programming, from major awards shows to all the major live sporting events. Job Summary/Description: Western Mass News is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Multimedia Sales Consultant to join our dynamic, professional sales team in Springfield, MA. Work with local business leaders to help them grow through advertising on our broadcast networks and through our full suite of premium digital advertising solutions. Western Mass News is looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys meeting with and creating relationships with local businesses to help them grow their businesses through digital and television marketing solutions. The Senior Multimedia Sales Consultant is responsible for collaborating with local businesses to help them achieve their business goals. Must be tech savvy as you will be educating and selling clients and array of digital solutions including OTT, SEO, audience targeting, social media and more. Excellent communication skills and a can-do, team-oriented attitude is a must. Candidates must have media sales experience (3-years preferred). We offer a base salary plus commission with no cap. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: **Prospect local and regional businesses and build relationships with key decision makers **Conduct needs-analysis calls with businesses to determine opportunities for growth and how our solutions can help the business achieve their goals **Conduct face-to-face outside sales calls with local and regional businesses to present advertising solutions **Maintain relationships with clients and seek ways to drive help business? achieve ongoing goals.
