SUMMARY: As a member of the Foodservice Channel Marketing team this position is primarily responsible for leading the development of and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns for the K-12 Segment. This includes objective planning national promotional development and customer segment expertise. This role will focus on driving increased volume through the K-12 segment. Essential duties responsibilities include: assist in the development and contribute to long range and annual plan; develop strategic and tactical solutions across all brands and categories to deliver operating results through national marketing activations advertising print digital campaigns; accountable for the development and management of marketing calendar trade shows K-12 website content and POS materials; develop the annual K-12 channel marketing budget along with tracking and ensuring compliance to budget. This includes managing national conferences food shows communication strategy and execution of promotional activity; develop manage external segment relationships and recognition within the K-12 segment as the segment expert through involvement in various industry organizations and groups; works closely with outside agencies creative teams and other cross functional groups as they develop executions for sales materials promotions website and tradeshow materials based on segment manager\'s brief.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor degree in business marketing finance or other related discipline; MBA strongly preferred. Experience: 5 years experience in foodservice or retail. K-12 experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and manage organizations and build high performance teams; project management skills; experience in developing and executing strategic plans; holistic view on business financial acumen focus on growing top and bottom line; experience leading and working cross-functionally; proven experience working collaboratively with sales team and external customers to drive business results; strong focus on customer including consumer and customer needs; inclusive leverages diverse inputs and talents.
