Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a dynamic Accountant in our Manufacturing industry located in Springdale, Arkansas. This role is integral to our team, where you will be responsible for various accounting functions, including processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications ensuring accuracy
• Maintain up to date and accurate customer credit records
• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer credit accounts closely
• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions for effective management of accounting functions
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Conduct periodic auditing to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Participate in budget processes to aid financial planning
• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective resource management Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory for the role.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools is necessary.
• Experience in handling ERP solutions will be beneficial.
• Must possess comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions.
• Prior experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Knowledge of auditing practices and principles is essential.
• Familiarity with budget processes is expected for this role.
