Insight Global Payroll Manager in Spring, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Payroll Manger resource for one of our premier clients in the Woodlands. This person will be responsible for consolidating reports and tracking project issues. On a day to day this person will help outline the standard operating procedures of the payroll team. They will be in charge of getting premium services implemented and escalate issues to their partner OSV. The ideal candidate will have experience working with OSV and understand their system and procedures. Eventually this role will be in charge of all inputs, log ins and audits. They will also help with any payroll tax questions that come from the business. Our client is looking for a self starter and independent worker. This role is a hybrid model and will require onsite attendance Monday- Thursday with Fridays being remote.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Management experience (Payroll)
Experience with Workday payroll (management/system implementation)
Previous OSV Experience
Highly Organized
Good communication skills
Experience working with mergers, divestiture or acquisitions projects null
