Kelsey-Seybold Clinic PATIENT CARE TECH II - OR Springwoods Village(ASC) in Spring, Texas

Responsibilities

Provides supportive patient care. Functions under direct supervision of RN in all areas of the ASC (Recovery Room, Preop, Extended Stay, Endoscopy, and OR). Takes lead role at Patient Care Technician for role modeling / precepting, liaison between materials management and nurses to ensure supplies and equipment are available for patient use.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $35,240 - $43,535 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: High school or GED

Preferred: Graduate from an approved MA/NA program

Experience

Required: 2+ Yrs NA, MA or PCT in a ASC/Surgical center setting or 2 + yrs NA, MA or PCT with KSC ASC exp

Preferred:Operating Room experience preferred

License(s)

Required: BLS through American Heart Association

Preferred: Certified PCT/MA/NA

Special Skills

Required: Computer Knowledge (basic)

Preferred: N/A

Other

Required: Clear communication skills

Preferred: Bilingual

Working Environment: Clinic
