HP Inc. Order to Cash, New Business Enablement, and Mergers & Acquisitions Director in Spring, Texas

Job Summary

  • The Order to Cash (OTC) Director is the lead IT Manager working directly with the Finance Organization to provide Business Capability Design and IT Development within HP's Accounts Receivable and Credit & Collections environments. While Finance owns responsiblity for Revenue and Contra, the OTC IT Director provides the Business Capability design and shares the lead in system deep support. For MADO work, this role will lead efforts to integrate acquisitions onto HP Financial Platforms and well as provide/integrate new HP Businesses new capabilities/existing platforms & processes (NBE efforts).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design of solutions for the Order-to-Cash Tower managing both tower governance and steering/management communications.

  • Baseline governance & engagement encompasses tower governance, access management, compliance/Controls/SOX, program steering, trainings & change management

  • Provides direction for program planning, scoping and execution; delivery of key milestone and program phases, drives alignment between the various Finance Functions on their requirements and deliverables.

  • Baseline Baseline Program Management encompasses design/requirements, development, testing, hypercare, business continuity, interim state, security/access, and communication

  • Owns management of escalation and issue resolutions for the Finance Tower, consults with executive and senior business leaders to drive and influence strategic direction and decision-making for deployment of related programs

  • Supports all HP Inc. product lines under the Personal Systems and Print global business units.

  • For MADO work, this role will lead efforts to integrate acquisitions onto HP Financial Platforms.

  • Provide/integrate new HP Businesses (New Business Enablement (NBE)) with new capabilities and leverage use of existing platforms & processes.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in IT supervisory, or a related field.
