Job Title: Journeyman Plumber
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to install plumbing systems for new construction projects, including both large commercial/industrial buildings and new-build track homes.
Responsibilities
Install plumbing systems in new construction projects for large commercial/industrial buildings and new-build track homes.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
Perform general labor tasks related to plumbing installation.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.
Work with various materials such as PVC, and ensure proper installation and soldering.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in plumbing installation and repair.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with mechanical systems.
Knowledge of PVC installation and repair.
Troubleshooting skills.
Basic electrical knowledge.
Welding skills.
General labor skills related to construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a foreman in plumbing or related field.
Pipefitting skills.
Experience in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $45.00/hr.
