Job Title: Journeyman Plumber

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to install plumbing systems for new construction projects, including both large commercial/industrial buildings and new-build track homes.

Responsibilities

  • Install plumbing systems in new construction projects for large commercial/industrial buildings and new-build track homes.

  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.

  • Perform general labor tasks related to plumbing installation.

  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.

  • Work with various materials such as PVC, and ensure proper installation and soldering.

  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in plumbing installation and repair.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Experience with mechanical systems.

  • Knowledge of PVC installation and repair.

  • Troubleshooting skills.

  • Basic electrical knowledge.

  • Welding skills.

  • General labor skills related to construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as a foreman in plumbing or related field.

  • Pipefitting skills.

  • Experience in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $45.00/hr.
