Insight Global RN Supervisor in Spokane Valley, Washington
Job Description
Directs team (RN, LPN) in the daily performance of their duties, providing oversight of patient care from Intake through discharge.
Determines need for additional staff and demographic territories/caseloads and recommend new positions or FTE changes.
Counsels and provides performance management to employees.
Facilitates team conferences to develop common goals for patient outcome for interdisciplinary plans of care.
Maintains standards of productivity, staffing continuity and utilization.
Facilitates communication, coordination and problem solving with physicians, patients, families, staff, pharmacy staff and payors, serving as a liaison to hospital, acute care managers and community agencies.
Ensures documentation compliance to agency, regulatory and payor requirements including working in collaboration with clinical support staff on concurrent record review.
Makes joint home visits with employees each year, supervising the annual competency skills assessments, and completion of written annual performance evaluation for staff.

Home Health, infusion, or acute care experience Bachelor's Degree in Nursing null
