Description

As a Customer Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts, assuming overall responsibility for managing their financial transactions. We're seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Account Manager, your primary duties will include:
Managing accounts receivable processes efficiently and effectively.
Providing exceptional customer service through various channels such as email, and phone.
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients to ensure timely payment status updates.
Upholding meticulous filing and organizational standards to streamline operations.
Promptly reporting any issues or potential problems to management for resolution.
Collaborating with team members to support overall company objectives as needed.
Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE

Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, with collection experience being advantageous.
Proficiency in 10-key and data input methods.
Strong command of MS Office suite; familiarity with SQL-based programs is preferred but not required.
A willingness to learn new software/tools independently.
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in attendance.
The ability to work autonomously or within a team environment to achieve shared goals.
Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
A degree in Accounting or Finance is beneficial but not required.
