MONROE COUNTY PERSONNEL Assistant Corporation Counsel in SPARTA, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin and have an interest in the public sector? Monroe County\'s Corporation Counsel Office is looking for a full-time Assistant Corporation Counsel to join their team! Our Assistant Corporation Counsel provides general legal counsel to the county and its departments. This position will demonstrate quality research and writing skills including work on appellate briefs. This position will assist in representing and advising multiple departments mainly in relation to Child in Need of Protection and Services (CHIPS) cases; termination of parental rights, guardianships, child support, vulnerable adults, mental health, and various county board matters.
