OVERNIGHT (must be willing to work an overnight schedule to accommodate the business needs)
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Partner is the local human resources representative responsible for implementing Altium's HR and people strategies and administering core HR policies and procedures.
Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities Responsibilities: Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include:
- hourly talent acquisition
- employee relations activities
- retention analysis and action planning
- HR Administration for On and Off boarding
- payroll
- timekeeping and compliance
- benefit and policy questions
- Administers companywide HR initiatives
- Coach and influence leaders and associates
- Conducts employee investigations

Education Level preferred Associate or experience
Experience Preferred:
- 2 to 3 years of HR Generalist Experience Preferred
- 1 year of Recruitment Experience Preferred
- 1 year of Employee Relations Experience
- Exposure to Employee Investigations
- 1 year of HR Administration Experience (generalist payroll, etc.)
