Description
Job Summary:
The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field, managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist customers with delivery issues
Handle loadout, inventory or other warehouse tasks needed for the operation
Dispatching, routing, and assigning drivers
Track daily routes
Managing morning loadouts
Checking in drivers at the end of the day
Preferred Skills:
Prior Dispatching Experience
Critical Thinking
Operations Analysis and Monitoring
Time Management and Coordination
Hours of Operation: 5:00am - 7:00pm Monday-Saturday (Will have Sunday off + one other week day) Looking for flexibility in hours
Work locations of each position will be determined during the hiring process. Each work location will depend on business needs and the essential functions of the position.
