We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records

  • Provide customer support through phone and email communication

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy

  • Support various administrative tasks as needed

  • Assist in event planning and coordination

Qualifications:

  • Experience in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Previous experience in administrative position recommneded

  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
