Aerotek CMM Technician in South San Francisco, California
Now Hiring a CMM Technician for a Drone Company in South San Francisco!
Responsibilities
Develop, qualify, and maintain CMM programs.
Operate CMMs for First Piece Inspection and Production Approval.
Read drawings to determine specifications and tolerances for various components.
Ensure that containment activities take place when discrepancies are identified.
Review and refine data collection requirements according to customer drawings and PPAP requirements.
Participate in the corrective action and preventive action processes.
Utilize a wide variety of inspection tools to complete dimensional reports.
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Essential Skills
CMM programming
Experience with FARO Arm, Polyworks, and Calypso
GD&T knowledge
Proficiency with computer skills and various inspection tools
1-2 years of experience, ideally 5 years in a related role
Work Environment
The work shift is from 7am to 4pm, though this may change slightly based on operational needs. The environment requires flexibility and a commitment to pushing parts out efficiently.
Work Environment
Pay is $37-$45 based on years of experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $45.00/hr.
