This position is responsible for the Accent Subrogation line of business. The incumbent will fulfill the SAFe Agile development team's role as the Technical Product Owner.  Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and working closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering functional specifications and stories with prioritized features and corresponding justification, running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples, and acting as a domain expert within the organization. * Focus and deliver on the vision of Accent Operations to build scalable, sustainable, and well performing applications. Ensure that they support the company's overall strategy and goals. * Lead the collaboration effort with other business analysts and product managers, guiding the group to understand the user personas, write reporting-specific user personas and functional/technical specifications, and help convert them into appropriate features for report development. * Assist application development teams in sizing and estimation of the product features. * Assist the team in SAFe Agile ceremonies as the TPO. * Support the application development team to build and present proof of concepts to stakeholders to get their feedback and provide recommendations back to the team to improve the user experience. * Assist in product releases and new client system implementations, including user setup and training. * Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or another field demonstrating product managerial expertise.
  • Previous experience with Third Party Liability insurance claims, IVR, Imaging and/or Letter Management preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Insurance industry with a minimum of five years of experience partnering with internal and external customers.
  • Solid and confident presentation and communication skills to demonstrate reporting solutions to internal and external customers.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives, plan activities and resources, work hands-on, and mentor junior team members.
  • Three-plus years of experience as an Agile Product Owner
  • Three years working in a SAFe Agile environment is preferred.
  • Address multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven ability to work closely with internal and external customers to understand and translate business needs and requirements into technical reporting specifications.
  • Proven ability to work with report development teams to ensure technical requirements are satisfied.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in converting development requirements to visualized prototypes is preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated and passionate about delivering creative and value-driven business intelligence solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with competing priorities and ongoing deliverables.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Base compensation ranges from $90,000 to $126,500.
