Kelly Services is looking for experienced Call Center Representatives to work for a top client in South Jordan!
In this position you will:
Handle inbound and outbound customer service and support calls from customers
Effectively troubleshoot systems, software, and any potential obstacles that prevent the end user from utilizing products effectively
Escalate advanced troubleshooting cases in a timely manner
Provide a quality Customer Service Experience
2+ years of experience in a Customer Support Position
Experience Supporting Dealerships is Major plus
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
