Job Description

Kelly Services is looking for experienced Call Center Representatives to work for a top client in South Jordan!

In this position you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service and support calls from customers

  • Effectively troubleshoot systems, software, and any potential obstacles that prevent the end user from utilizing products effectively

  • Escalate advanced troubleshooting cases in a timely manner

  • Provide a quality Customer Service Experience


Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support Position

  • Experience Supporting Dealerships is Major plus

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
