Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front-of-house areas
- E ngage in preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring that both guest rooms and public areas are in optimal condition
- P erform repairs on various mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for maintenance tasks
- Both technical skills and effective communication required, as you will be interacting with both guests and team members
- Working with care and attention to detail required
- Use ticketing app to perform various tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests regarding maintenance issues
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience required
Bilingual Spanish speaker required (position requires speaking to Spanish language clients)
Shift: Full Time / Varied schedule
Pay Details: $41,600 - $52,000 (Depends on Experience)
