Seeking dependable, highly detail oriented, quick learning, and computer literate candidates to fill dispatch positions within the company. Main duties include answering phone calls, speaking with customers, scheduling road service, and assisting drivers and mobile mechanics with the planning of their routes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring camera systems as needed, operation of point-of-sale equipment, and ensuring the dispatch office is orderly prior to leaving at the end of your shift.
This is a rotating schedule that works 7 out of every 14 days. For instance, the week 1 schedule works Wednesday and Thursday that week, followed by working Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on week 2. This schedule ensures every other weekend off.
Partial training may occur at the Wichita location, but remaining training and the actual job positions are located at the main office in South Haven, KS - approximately 45 minutes south of Wichita.
