Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will primarily focus on preventative maintenance of all equipment within the facility. Your tasks will involve working with tanks, heat treat equipment, motors, ovens, and more. You will engage in mechanical and fabrication tasks, which include crafting racks for parts if they break and performing facilities maintenance to ensure the building remains in excellent condition. Beyond preventative and reactive maintenance, you will undertake project-based work, such as constructing new racks for parts or refurbishing office spaces for use. Facilities work will also be part of your role, including tasks like plumbing toilets and performing minor drywall repairs. You can expect to rebuild pumps as well.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment including tanks, motors, ovens, and heat treat equipment.
Engage in mechanical and fabrication tasks, including rack construction and repair.
Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure building upkeep.
Undertake project-based work such as constructing new racks or refurbishing office spaces.
Conduct plumbing and minor drywall repairs as needed.
Rebuild pumps as required.
Essential Skills
Industrial maintenance experience, specifically in troubleshooting pumps.
Electrical skills, including working with 3-phase 480v systems.
Fabrication skills with the ability to build racks.
Proficiency in blueprint reading.
Experience in motor replacement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
