Job Overview:
RWJ Barnabas Health is looking to add a qualified Per Diem Physical Therapy Aide in Somerville, NJ.
Qualifications:
Required:
- AHA CPR certification required
Preferred:
- Physical Therapy experience in an outpatient medical setting a plus
Scheduling Requirements:
Day Shift
Per Diem Schedule
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting physical therapists with patient care such as assisting with patient transfers onto and off of treatment tables and equipment
Maintaining treatment area, general housekeeping
Retrieving equipment such as hot packs, cold packs, electrical equipment
Assist in clerical needs of department such as answering phones and taking messages
