  • A Brief Overview Directs operations for areas within a distribution center. Designs programs to provide quality services to stores, customers, and patients. Contributes to the achievement of profit and expense goals, customer service standards, and compliance with government and organizational regulations. What you will do

  • Develops tactical and operational plans to achieve the Distribution Center Operations area's goals, and communicates plans to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.

  • Ensures team compliance with policies and procedures to achieve the organization's Distribution Center Operations goals and objectives.

  • Administers strategy to achieve performance expectations and financial metrics.

  • Coordinates deliverable timelines, accountability, and action steps for completion.

  • Advises with managers on recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

  • Allocates resources to ensure timely, secure, and accurate deliveries of products and services.

  • Analyzes areas of opportunities within the distribution center to identify best-in-class solutions.

  • Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs. For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

  • 5-7 years work experience

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

  • Adept at business intelligence

  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork

  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $119,340.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
