Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Blue Yonder WMS and BY Warehouse Management (Dispatched). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and a good understanding of Supply Chain Management. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional to work in a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Blue Yonder WMS solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the implementation and customization of BY Warehouse Management (Dispatched) systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Blue Yonder WMS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of WMS solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Lead the development of new features and enhancements for existing WMS systems.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the WMS systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Blue Yonder WMS functionalities.
• Document technical specifications and system configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in warehouse management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Support the companys goals by optimizing warehouse operations and improving supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in Blue Yonder WMS and BY Warehouse Management (Dispatched).
• Have a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management principles and practices.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show proficiency in coding languages relevant to Blue Yonder WMS.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Certifications Required

Blue Yonder WMS Certification Supply Chain Management Certification (nice to have)

Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
