Our Talent Acquisition & Engagement Programs Intern will help with Saint-Gobain's Talent Acquisition Program (TAQ) initiatives to identify, engage & retain top talent. This position will involve a blend of marketing, public relations and recruitment activities, all to further hone and build Saint-Gobain's talent networks, while ensuring a great talent experience. Key Accountabilities: Support TAQ Program initiatives, by site &; overall, benefiting Saint-Gobain's internal & external outreach: i.e. event coordination for job fairs/networking events, SG's Speakers Bureau for intern engagement across multiple sites, communication/messaging for LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Local Job Networks, Indeed, along with other promotional tools/resources. Serve as primary liaison for SG's Summer Internship Program for interns/co-ops across U.S. footprint: identify intern ambassadors & mentors across sites, conduct tours for interns across Northeast Ohio, create marketing/online materials for participating interns, along with their represented colleges/universities; initiate networking events/engagement activities for interns across sites; manage online forums - Yammer, Sharepoint, and MS Teams Collaborations. Create &;Maintain communication blog for participating interns across N.A. Manage/Facilitate the migration, organization, presentation & access of Talent Acquisition tools, resources &; best practices via Engage/Sharepoint. Creat &/or enhance Marketing Materials and Templates for multi-channel use. Perform other duties for the HR/Talent Acquisition Leadership Teams, as assigned Is this job for you ? Pursuing degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business or related field. Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva & other creative tools.
