Your strategic vision, leadership, and expertise will be essential in shaping the office's growth and success. NV5 is a provider of engineering and consulting services to public and private sector clients, delivering solutions through six business verticals: Testing, Inspection & Consulting; Infrastructure; Utility Services; Environmental Health Sciences; Buildings & Program Management; and Geospatial Technology. Business Operations Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversee day-to-day operations of the Solon office. Ensure the office's efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development. 2. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within region. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets. Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with the company's overall goals. 3. Financial Management: Provide oversight and manage the office's budget, forecasting financial performance. Monitor financial metrics and take corrective actions as needed to ensure financial targets are met. Identify cost-saving measures and opportunities for revenue generation. 4. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members. 5. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and align services accordingly. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs. 6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a related industry. Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business development. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Financial management and budgeting expertise. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
