Central Customer Service Representative - Software Licensing
Job Description
Location: Sofia (Hybrid)
Renesas is looking for a Central Customer Service Representative for Software Licensing to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a partner for the sales teams in Europe, Americas, Japan, China, India, and Korea, your responsibilities include:
Pre SW sales:
Supporting sales to get necessary data and products information to allow sales and legal to prepare contracts with correct content
Aligning with several departments to help sales facilitate contract creation and related product information for customers (legal, SW development department, marketing, pricing)
Post SW sales:
Entering SW contracts into contract database
Initiating and following up with sales/CS correct license fee billing in time
Reporting invoices on a quarter or semi-annual basis to related departments in the HQ
Supporting technical community with correct data base for technical information towards customer (distribution of Known Issues)
SW database maintenance:
Configurating Jira database to get correct report creation
Understanding the need of SW business and to specify necessary changes on the SW database
Communication with IT team in supporting and modifying the SW database
Your Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in licensing, billing, or auditing-related positions
Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP)
Ability to communicate with several stakeholders and willingness to drive the process to get necessary information together
Basic legal understanding
Good English communication skills
Basic knowledge in Jira would be an advantage
