Your | | work will involve providing administrative support to these areas, w | | hich requires a high level of confidentiality and adaptability. As yo | | u learn the processes of the office, you will also have the opportuni | | ty to provide recommendations and updates to our procedures. We need | | someone who is motivated, organized, and has a positive mindset. This | | position is located in our corporate office in South Sioux City, Neb | | raska, and supports nearly 1,000 employees across the United States. | | | | Responsibilities: | | *Conduct initial onboarding for all newly hired employees. | | *Ens | | ure HR compliance by conducting weekly, quarterly, and annual audit. | | * | | Maintain employee records in appropriate HRIS systems and databases. | | *Perform timekeeping duties for assigned personnel. | | *Assist with employee relocation to ease transition. | | *Organize | | employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment | | *Maintain our c | | ompany intranet to ensure employees are kept informed and up-to-date | | *Create and run reports for managers as needed. | | *Create and maintain all department procedures. | | | | Qualifications: | | *College degree | | or three years of previous work experience in an office environment. | | *HR experience | | and working knowledge of an HRIS system is a plus, but not required. | | *High level of written and verbal communication skills. | | | | *Computer proficiency, specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite. | | *The ability to work in a fast-pac | | ed work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments. | | | | Who we are: | | For over 65 y | | ears, Great West Casualty Company has provided premier insurance prod | | ucts and services to thousands of truck drivers and trucking companie | | s across America.
