JOB REQUIREMENTS: Teen Support Specialist/Respite Provider P.H. We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Teen Support Specialist/Respite Provider to work with a young lady in her home and in the community. This teen needs training with her daily living skills and your support to learn to be consistent with these tasks. We are also hiring a Respite Provider to give her main caregiver a break from their responsibilities to refresh and reset. The teen enjoys animals, playing games on her phone, going to the library, going for walks, riding her adaptive bicycle, going to parks, and swimming. The teen has a membership to the YMCA. Location: Waukesha, WI Wage: Teen Support Specialist - \$20.28 per hour Respite Provider - \$18.42 per hour Hours: Teen Support Specialist 4 hours per week Respite Provider 10 hours per month *Schedule would be developed between you and Mom/Managing party prior to start Tasks: Assist with ADLs as needed Companionship Community outings Daily Living skills: assist with grooming (hair care), toothbrushing, shoe tying, house chores, and organization. CLTS - Children\'s Long-Term Support Program *I do not work on a commission, and pay is processed by CLTS and Consumer Direct - I respond to calls and emails during traditional business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be age 18 or older at the start of employment. Must have a valid driver\'s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Must have experience working with teens with developmental disabilities and mental health issues.
