Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the Manufacturing industry. The role is based in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, 56085-1327, United States. As a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant, you will oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and our primary systems integrator.
The role is essentially looking for a Project Manager with extensive HRIS IT project experience. The first project is an Oracle Fusion rollout, but afterwards, the client's hope is to convert the candidate to a permanent role, and stay on to manage future HRIS IT projects.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the Oracle Fusion implementation's Phase 2
• Establish effective collaboration with SI partner to meet project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Ensure smooth and accurate migration of HR data into the Oracle Fusion system through data conversion efforts
• Foster clear communication and alignment of project goals as the main contact between internal teams and SI partner
• Develop Change Management strategies and activities with key stakeholders to support adoption, training, and organizational readiness
• Uphold responsibility for project planning, risk management, status tracking, and reporting in harmony with program objectives
• Utilize skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Change Management, Oracle HCM, Data Migration to fulfill responsibilities.
Requirements • Proven experience in the Manufacturing industry is essential
• Must hold a position of Project Manager/Sr. Consultant or similar role in previous employment
• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Demonstrated ability in Change Management
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM is required
• Experience in Data Migration is necessary
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred
