Direct Support Professional: Be a part of a great team at ESM, Inc.! We offer FT & PT positions which are permanent positions, starting pay is \$18.50 / hr., we offer 100% paid health care insurance premiums, dental premiums, and vision insurance premiums, all 100% paid for FT employees! PT 30-39 hour employees are eligible for 100% paid health insurance premiums as well. An active driver\'s license and dependable vehicle is required, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent. ESM offers a \$1,000 sign-on bonus for FT hires (\$500 paid after 12 days, \$500 after 60 days) and \$500 for PT hires (\$250 after 12 days, \$250 after 60 days).
We are a full service social services agency, we take care of folks with Mental Health disabilities who require 24/7/365 days a year staffing, in homes we either own or lease, so we don\'t send you to other peoples homes, only our assisted living homes. We do our best to schedule you within 30 miles from where you live to work in one of our homes, we are able to do so 95% of the time based on where you live in relation to our homes. We provide you all of the training and certifications you will need, at no cost to you, and as a matter of fact we pay you to receive the training and certifications/licenses the State of Maine requires!
We have a great training program, both initial training and ongoing training, so we will not simply send you in to homes without the proper training you need!
