Role reports to: Senior Manager E2E Analytics
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Travel : 10%
Pay: $ 73,000 - 117,300

What you will do

As a member of the Plan and Inventory & E2E Analytics Excellence team in Consumer Health, you will be responsible for defining analytics strategies and translating these strategies into measurable business results. Ability to analyze data for actionable insights. Identifying the data-analytics problems that offer the greatest opportunities to the organization. Determining the correct data sets and variables. Collecting large sets of structured and unstructured data from disparate sources. Our function spans across the entire Supply Chain enterprise. This wide scope will enable you to work with various internal and external partners to help identify viable and advanced analytics opportunities and then conceive, develop, and implement data-focused analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and build descriptive to prescriptive analytical tools to improve our operational efficiency, improve service, and reduce cost
Ability to tell a succinct, meaningful, and actionable story with data using visualization (Tableau, Power BI or other visualization tools).
Act as an analytics SME for our Plan, Retail Customer Logistics and Make Supply Chain functions
Apply Agile Project Management skills to optimally deliver analytics use cases to the business, on time and as expected
Collaborate and communicate across our extended team and primary stakeholders to deploy analytics use cases, inclusive of organizational change management activities, to drive adoption of new capabilities and retire old processes
Introduce new ideas to shift our organizations ways of working, improving speed to insight
Deploy our Analytics Enablement strategy, upskill all levels of the organization in aspiration of our Digital Supply Chain Strategy
Cultivate and develop partnerships with internal partners to drive process improvement and automation
Drive the identification and business case development of advanced analytics use cases within the E2E supply chain
Act as the lead consulting partner in the area of data and analytics for the various technology teams within the North America Global Plan Excellence Organization
Use innovative technologies to solve complex business problems
Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of our supply chain business end-to-end

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 4 years work experience in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
Relevant Course work in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Logistics, Operations Research or Data Science
Experience or solid understanding of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL and SAP HANA.
Supply Chain or Logistics experience
Advanced proficiency of various Data & Analytics tools, with demonstrated business results in optimizing business processes

Desired Qualifications
Project Management/leadership experience
E2E Supply Chain, Plan, or Make experience
Experience with technologies which have growing Plan and Make business importance like R, R Shiny, Python, Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, Celonis, etc.

What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 to $117,300. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
